Staff recommends that the City Council approve a contract with Pavement Coatings in the amount of $1,329,050.76 for the construction of the FY 25-26 Reclamite Project (CIP 1410-72000/CP0248-999 & CIP 2730-72000/CP8358-999).
Summary:
Request for Bid 25-26-34 for the FY 25-26 Reclamite Project (CIP 1410-72000/CP0248-999 & 2730-72000/CP8358-999) was advertised in the newspaper on February 24 & March 1, 2026, posted on Bidnet, and notifications were sent to contractors who provide this service. On March 26, 2026, City staff opened (4) bids that were submitted for the project. In accordance with the construction bid documents, Pavement Coatings submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid. The results are summarized below and are listed in the order from lowest to highest bid.
