Department Recommendation:
Staff recommends that the City Council receive a presentation and update on the first five months that the Solid Waste Environment Enhancement Program has been fully implemented and operational.

November 6, 2023 - Council authorized and directed staff to implement a Solid Waste Environment Enhancement Program (SWEEP).
