Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the recordation of the final parcel map for Tentative Parcel Map No. 2023-05, located on the south side of West Glendale Avenue between North Dinuba Boulevard and future North Santa Fe Street.

Currently, Parcel 2 is being developed with the Navigation Center facility, while proposed Parcel 3 is an 80-unit multi-family development by Self-Helf Enterprises that has received a revise and proceed from the Site Plan Review Committee. The other two parcels, Parcels 1 and 4, have not been proposed for any development at this time.
