Department Recommendation:
Staff recommends that City Council authorize the recordation of the final map for Barr & Wood Ranch Phase 1 subdivision, located at the northwest corner of Roeben Street and Whitendale Avenue; and, authorize the City Manager to execute the Subdivision Improvement Agreement

Also, recommend that City Council authorize the formation of Landscape and Lighting Assessment District No. 24-05 and order the improvements and levying the annual assessments for Landscape and Lighting Assessment District No. 24-05 "Barr & Wood" (Resolution Nos. 24-60 and 24-61).

Summary:
The final map for Barr & Wood Ranch Phase 1 subdivision will be subdividing a 37.52-acre site into a 68-lot single family subdivision with ten (10) outlots; Lots A through J to be retained by the Homeowner's Association for Landscaping, utility and pedestrian access purposes, and the maintenance thereof.
