Authorize the City Manager to award the professional design services contract to Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for the design of the Traffic Signal Interconnect Project along Ben Maddox Way and Tulare Avenue in the amount of $136,615.00. Appropriate $150,000 from Measure R Local Fund (131) and create a new CIP project for the design phase.
