Department Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to award a one-year contract, with four annual renewal options, to California Water Technologies for the supply and delivery of ferric chloride to the Visalia Water Reclamation Facility, with an annual not-to-exceed amount of $167,000 and a total contract limit of $835,000 over the five-year term.

The contract term will be one year with four additional annual renewal options. The recommended contract includes an annual not-to-exceed amount of $167,000 and a total five-year limit of $835,000.
