Department Recommendation:
Approve the Citizens Advisory Committee's recommendation to re-appoint Rebecca Donabed, Kelly Pierce, Miguel Salgado and Glen Stewart to a voting position on the Citizens Advisory Committee. All four are currently voting members with expiring terms. Each extension would be for a period of two years, expiring in June 2025.

Summary:
The Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) consists of 11 members. There is currently one vacancy on the committee. If these re-appointments are approved by the Council, Rebecca Donabed, Kelly Pierce, Miguel Salgado, and Glen Stewart would begin a new term that would end in June 2025. The member's nominated have been active on the Committee and have all indicated an interest in serving another term.

Background Discussion:
The CAC meets monthly for a variety of purposes including:

* Annually review the City's use of the Measure T Public Safety Sales Tax commenting on the City Manager's certified budget and the outside auditor's review of monies spent.
* Provide two (2) members to sit on the Measure N Oversight Committee.
* Annually conduct a public opinion survey of residents' satisfaction with City Services.
* Provide training, review, and recommendations to Council for the distribution of non-profit youth grants.
* Provide input on the City's use of Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) and other programs from Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
