Department Recommendation: Staff recommends that City Council authorize the recordation of the final map for Elliott Subdivision Phase 1, located west of South Roeben Street, approximately 650 feet south of West Tulare Avenue. Staff also recommends the adoption of Resolution No. 2025-54 initiating proceedings for the formation of Assessment District No. 25-07 "Elliott Subdivision" and adopt Resolution No. 2025-55 ordering the improvements and levying the annual assessments for Assessment District No. 25-07 "Elliott Subdivision".
Summary:
The Elliott Subdivision will subdivide 59.13 acres into a 225-lot single-family residential subdivision, along with five lettered lots designated for Landscape and Lighting District (LLD) purposes. The 59.13-acre site consists of two currently undeveloped parcels and is planned to be developed in two phases. The final map Elliott Subdivision Phase 1 will subdivide of 25.4-acres into 83 lots with four lettered out lots (A - D).
