Department Recommendation: Staff recommends that City Council adopt Resolution No. 2025-50 initiating proceedings for the formation of Landscape and Lighting Assessment District No. 25-05 "Pratt Family Ranch1A, 1C, 1D" and adopt Resolution No. 2025-51 ordering the improvements and levying the annual assessments for Assessment District No. 25-05 "Pratt Family Ranch 1A, 1C, 1D."
